Mr Leonard Sebucensha has a Master of Business Law and Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Rwanda. He is a holder of certificates in Human Rights, Access to Medicines and Intellectual Property from Makerere University, Introductory Course Leading to Associate Member of Chattered Institute of Arbitration from the Chattered Institute of Arbitration, London; Mediation from ILPD; Entrepreneurship from Regent University & International Christian Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the School of Law, he worked as a Chief Assistant to Prosecutor at the Intermediate Level (National Public Prosecution Authority). He is currently an Assistant Lecturer of Laws at the University of Rwanda – College of Arts and Social Sciences – School of Law and an Advocate at Rwanda Bar Association. His research interest is in Business Law , Information Communication Technology Law, Energy and Natural Resources Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
